Mr. O’Rielly’s diversified career has encompassed virtually every aspect of commercial development including the acquisition, planning, financing, governmental approvals, design and marketing of more than 1 million square feet of commercial development and a variety of asset classes with an estimated build-out value of $250 million. In previous corporate positions at Newport National Corporation and Sickles/O’Brien Development Group, Mr. O’Rielly has been primarily responsible for projects of note including; Sorrento Towers for $175m for 261k SF office and retail for Phase 1 of the 830,000 SF mid-rise office, mixed-use complex in San Diego, Blackhorse Farms a $40m mixed-use project with 121 residential units and conference center/hotel in La Jolla, Vallecitos Commerce Center a $5.5m 92k SF light industrial showroom project in San Marcos, Rancho Del Oro Commerce Center a $12m 160k SF business park in Oceanside, Eastside Research Commerce Center a $7.5m 137k SF business park in Tucson, Sorrento Mesa Crossroads a $6m 28,613 SF retail center in Sorrento Mesa, San Marcos Crossroads a $4m 23,160 SF retail center in San Marcos and Three on Cedros a $4m custom residential project in Solana Beach.
Tim has also been lead consultant for corporate clients including; JB Resources, MREN Group, Modern Mill, Residential Ventures, Vivaris Ltd, Hillman Properties, Oliver McMillan, The Flagship Group, Black Orchid Equity, Wolfpack Ventures, Parallel 6, RPC Property Tax Advisors and Cappello Global.
